It is the mission of the VSFA Fire Cadet Academy to develop the confidence and self reliance of its participants, to promote a sense of both team cooperation and individual responsibility, to teach and develop basic fire fighting and emergency service skills, and to help build in young people a strong sense of the need for community involvement and support.

We’re excited to host your cadets for the 2024 Academy! This year, we are asking for a deposit to hold a spot, that will be returned upon acceptance and attendance to the Academy. We’re looking forward to another great year introducing cadets from all over the state to the fire service.
